1. Organiser

Adventure Bike Trails is organised by Sigge Van Houtven, Boudewijnstraat 17, 2280 Grobbendonk, Belgium. Contact: info@adventurebiketrails.com

2. Registration and payment

A registration is only confirmed after written confirmation by Adventure Bike Trails and receipt of the requested deposit. Full payment must be received before the stated deadline.

3. Cancellation by the participant

• More than 90 days before departure: refund minus administration costs (75)
• 60-90 days before departure: 50% of the total amount is refunded
• Less than 60 days before departure: no refund

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

4. Cancellation by the organiser

Adventure Bike Trails reserves the right to cancel a trail due to insufficient registrations or force majeure. In that case, all payments will be refunded in full.

5. Liability

Participation in Adventure Bike Trails is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for personal injury, material damage or other losses arising from participation, unless caused by the organiser's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Health and fitness

The participant declares to be in good health and physically capable of participating in the chosen trail. If in doubt, please consult a doctor before departure.

7. Photography and video

Photos and videos may be taken during the trails. By participating you give permission for this material to be used for promotional purposes by Adventure Bike Trails, unless you notify us in writing in advance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Antwerp, Belgium.
