2. What data do we collect?

We only collect data that you provide to us directly, such as:

Name and email address (via contact form or registration)
Phone number (if you choose to provide it)
Information about your interest in our trails

Via Google Analytics we collect anonymous usage statistics about visits to our website (see also our cookie policy).

3. How do we use your data?

To respond to your questions or registration
To keep you informed about the trail you expressed interest in
To improve our website (anonymous statistics only)

We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or participation, and thereafter for a maximum of 2 years.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To do so, send an email to info@adventurebiketrails.com.

7. Advertising and measurement

We advertise through Google Ads and through Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Only with your consent do we place cookies for this and share measurement data with Google Ireland Ltd. When you send a request, we transmit your email address in hashed form only, so conversions can be attributed correctly. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. You can read more in our cookie policy.
